Infinity Canvas is built so that what you make stays yours. This page covers the Mac and iPhone apps and this website.
Your canvases
Everything you make in Infinity Canvas (canvases, notes, tables, pictures and files) is saved on your device. When iCloud sync is on, it's also saved in your own private iCloud storage so your Mac and iPhone match. Private iCloud data belongs to your Apple Account: we can't open it, read it or copy it.
What the apps collect
Nothing. There are no accounts to sign up for, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The apps don't send your content, your usage or identifiers to us or to anyone else.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases go through Apple. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card or billing details. Apple tells the app only whether you have an active purchase.
This website
- Launch email. If you leave your email, we keep it with the date, which form you used, the page that sent you and your country. We use it to tell you when the app is out. We don't sell it or share it.
- Support messages. If you write to us, we keep your email and message so we can reply.
- Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and stop abuse. We don't run analytics or ad trackers on this site.
To have your email or messages deleted, ask on the support page and we'll remove them.
Children
Infinity Canvas isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
